When Simon Nicholson was young, his family moved from Florida to Guatemala, and later to Mexico. For about 15 years they served people who had very little: gang outreach with local kids, and hosting medical teams who traveled to remote villages to care for families in need.

Back home in Florida, that same pull toward people in hard moments led Simon to law school, and then to founding Sunshine State Law Firm. Today we focus on injury and homeowners insurance claims, the two places Floridians most often end up facing a big company alone.
